At Tulsi Brass, we are committed to delivering high-quality precision brass components and fittings. To ensure reliability, safety, and compliance across our supply chain, especially for global markets such as the USA, UK, and EU, we adhere to the following Supplier Terms & Conditions for all our international partners and customers.

Each shipment from Tulsi Brass will be accompanied by a Certificate of Compliance, confirming that all parts, assemblies, and subassemblies meet the requirements of the purchase order. The certificate will include: customer’s order number, part number and revision, manufacturer’s address, lot/batch/date code or serial number (if applicable), quantity and unit, and will be signed and dated by an authorized Tulsi Brass representative.
2. Raw Material Certification
We provide raw material test certificates (mill certificates) from approved material sources for each lot shipped. These certificates confirm that the materials have been inspected and tested per applicable specifications and include relevant revision levels.
3. Special Process Certifications
Processes like plating, heat treatment, and passivation will be certified per applicable standards. Certificates will include part number, lot number, specification and revision, process date, processor’s address, and an authorized signature.
4. Packaging & FOD Prevention
We ensure that all items are securely packed to maintain integrity, prevent corrosion or contamination, and avoid damage during transit. All shipments are inspected to be free of foreign objects before packaging.
5. Counterfeit Material Policy
Tulsi Brass guarantees the authenticity of all materials used. In case of any suspicion of counterfeit items, the material will be quarantined, and appropriate action will be taken, including communication with customers and, if required, authorities.
6. Quality Control & Inspection
All products undergo final inspection prior to dispatch. Buyers or their representatives may request inspections at our facility with prior notice.
7. Non-Conformance and Corrective Action
Any deviations will be reported immediately. We provide corrective action reports, root cause analysis, and preventive measures if required.
8. Change Notification
Tulsi Brass will inform customers in advance of any significant changes in processes, facilities, sub-tier suppliers, or tooling that may impact product quality or compliance.
9. Records Retention
We retain inspection, test, and traceability records for a minimum of 15 years. These are available to customers on request.

Our workforce is trained and certified for their specific roles. Employees are aware of their responsibilities in product safety, compliance, and ethical behavior.
