Brass Casting Components

Metal Casting Components

TULSI BRASS INDUSTRIES proudly holds the title of India’s Largest Casting Components Export House.

Additionally, we manufacture different Metal Casting components, including Iron castings, forgings, high and low-pressure die castings, gravity castings, aluminum extrusions, metal stamping, tubes, tools, dies, molds, and fixtures.

Furthermore, castings are a popular method for producing lasting and high-quality components.

They offer a high level of detail, eliminating the need for additional fabrication or assembly.

Moreover, steel and iron are the two most commonly used materials for casting due to their excellent mechanical properties suitable for various applications.

IRON Casting generally includes gray iron, ductile iron, and malleable iron, which are iron castings with carbon content higher than 2%.

Similarly, STEEL Casting typically involves normal carbon steel and alloy steel, which are steel castings with carbon content lower than 2%.

Therefore, there is no significant difference in chemical content and raw materials for cast iron vs. cast steel.

In addition to these materials, we also offer casting from Brass, Gun Metal, Phosphor Bronze, High Tensile Brass, Aluminium Bronze, Manganese Bronze, Silicon Bronze, and Lead Bronze.

Besides, our materials include Brass or Copper Alloy, Non-ferrous alloys, Bronze, Copper Castings, and Casting Brass of type 319 or BS 249.

Consequently, we can provide any special Brass Material Composition as per customer requirements.

Notably, the weight of our Brass Castings ranges from 10 grams to 40 kgs.

Additionally, we offer machined castings tailored to customers’ specifications and requirements.

Metal Casting technology empowers the production of a diverse range of aluminium and magnesium automotive castings, producing engine blocks, gearbox casings, oil sumps, engine mounts, and structural parts like cross-car beams. It widely employs Metal Casting to manufacture components for applications ranging from simple lighting components to demanding aerospace engine parts.

Moreover, it produces mechanically stronger parts with greater impact strength, shear strength, and wear resistance, proving useful at the early development stage when choosing pressure die casting, sand casting, or investment casting as the production route. Additionally, it suits making parts with internal cavities and is ideal for high-wear applications.

Furthermore, Metal Casting finds extensive use in the manufacturing, construction, electrical, and plumbing industries.

The customer specifies the coating as Natural, Nickel Plated, Tin Plated, or any other coating.

We offers Casting facility up to 80 kgs in weight and Castings up to 1 Meter in length. Our Sand Casting facility is well equipped to tackle any challenging Brass Casting Components or other Casting Parts.

Specification or as per custom design or requirement.

Brass is a metal Alloy that is always made with a combination of Copper and Zinc. By varying the amount of copper and zinc, brass can be made harder or softer. Other metals—such as aluminium, lead, and arsenic – may be used as alloying agents to improve Machinability and corrosion resistance.list of different grade as below.

TULSI BRASS INDUSTRIES customizes product labeling and packaging, offering various packing options with a standard size wooden pallet for efficient handling and storage.

Moreover, we package our Brass Anchors in either a carton or a wooden box, depending on the part size, including the brand name and type number on the outer package. For instance, retail packages (Do-It-Yourself), customers will have specific packaging requirements, such as using plastic bags, cartons, or plastic boxes. Retail customers can also specify labels, including barcodes.

Furthermore, for ocean transportation, we use wooden, steel, or plastic pallets wrapped with plastic sheets and sealed with metal strips. The size of the boxes depends on customer requirements, preferences, weight per box, and handling possibilities.

Port of Dispatch: Firstly, we offer convenient shipping options. To illustrate, from ICD Khodiyar Ahmedabad, Mundra port, and Nahava Sheva Mumbai.
Payment: Furthermore, In terms of payment, our terms require a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance payable against T/T at sight upon submission of the copy of the Bill of Lading. This ensures a secure and transparent transaction process for our customers. Additionally, this payment structure provides flexibility and peace of mind for both parties involved.
